Executive - Business Development - Education (2-3 yrs)
Job Purpose:
- To identify and enroll the students in Academy to ensure the academy is operational at all times.
- To benefit students those are being enrolled in Academy with brightest future.
- Accountable for business development and student relationship.

- Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation.
- Thermal Imaging - Infrared Thermography
Primary duties and responsibilities :
The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team, Colleges, Universities, External agencies to manage the entire aspect of identifying and enrolling the students in academy and ensuring students progress as per company's goals. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
- Sourcing students for academy and create a pool of students- funnel.
- Contacting Colleges/Universities/Placement agencies and organizing for Campus Drives and Student base collection.
- To follow up with Colleges/Universities/Placement agencies on regular basis to nurture relationship with current contacts and new prospects.
- Provide one-one guidance on course selection and support the professional growth of the student for building a better career.
- Submit daily report to reporting in-charge on daily meetings, follow ups, cold callings, and contract signing.
- Create weekly / monthly forecasts and weekly / monthly reports on market performance
- MIS reporting
- Perform other duties as and when needed.
