Executive - Business Development - Education (2-15 yrs)
Requirement : Female Candidates Only
Work Type : Work from Home (Full-Time)
Working Days : 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday - with even Saturdays off )
Timings : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Research prospective B2B/B2C accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
2. Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
3. Generating new leads, converting them, and generating revenue for the business
4. Coordinate with the marketing team and sales team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients by framing creative content, ideas, and strategies
5. Contact potential clients through video/ voice calls, messages, and emails
6. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
7. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
8. Become a subject matter expert on business products, processes, operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
9. Aiming to meet and exceed the sales target
Required Skills
1. Bachelors/ Master's degree in any field
2. Min 2 years of proven work experience in Sales/Business Development or a similar role
3. Demonstrated experience in B2B/ B2C Sales
4. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (Cold Calling, Lead Generation, End to End Sales, Market Research, etc)
5. Excellent written and verbal skills, including facilitation of group presentations
6. Proficient in MS Office, G Suite, and sales-specific CRM Softwares
7. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
8. Track record of achieving sales quotas
