Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand client needs and pain points through effective questioning and listening.
- Manage sales process from lead generation, negotiation to closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and pipeline for continuous business growth.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads to convert into opportunities.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Utilize networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Build relationships and influence decision-makers throughout the sales process.
- Present solutions, concepts, and proposals to clients effectively.
- Follow established sales processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Gather and input relevant data into the CRM system for tracking and analysis.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on sales activities.
- Forecast sales targets and prepare sales projections.
