Executive - Business Development - Education (1-6 yrs)
About the Role :
- We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. This role involves reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing tech landscape with a customer-centric approach.
- You will qualify their career goals and identify how our solutions can help them achieve these goals. Additionally, you will follow up with existing prospects to open up new possibilities.
Compensation: Up to 8.4 LPA (Average 10-30% hike depending on current/previous Fixed Salary)
Working days- Wednesday-Sunday(Monday & Tuesday fixed off)
Working hours- 12pm-9pm
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any stream (B.Tech preferred)
- 1-6 years of experience in selling courses related to upskilling, higher education, or IT solutions
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication
- Preliminary knowledge of LSQ
- Experience in handling Tech products
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospects and guide them through the existing tech landscape.
- Qualify prospects' career goals and align them with our offerings.
- Follow up with existing prospects to open new possibilities.
- Commit to daily inputs and outputs with the goal of exceeding targets.
