Job Profile : Business Development Executive (B2B sales)
Key Concepts is hiring a Business Development Executive for one of our leading clients.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing with all products and services offered by our company.
- B2B Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing Background
- Responsible for doing Cold calling/outbound calling to client
- Responsible for giving a demo to the client and vice versa convince the client to take the demo.
- Responsible for maintaining data on CRM on daily basis
- Responsible for end to end follow up with clients.
- Responsible for onboarding client on portal with all documents
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, research or Social Networking (LinkedIn)
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication required.
- Should have prior experience into LMS (Learning Management System) (Not mandatory)
- Should have knowledge in using basic applications such as Google Meet, Zoom and CRM.
- Technical graduate with an International outbound calling experience. (Preferable)
- Experience in B2B Sales is an add on.
- Proficiency in computer skills. MS- Office/ Windows OS.
- Candidates should have proven work experience in lead generation.
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Male/Female both can apply.
Qualifications :
BCA/BCS/BTECH candidates. (Preferrable)
Experience : Minimum 2 Years and Max. 5 Year
