Executive - Business Development - Education (1-5 yrs)
- We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive with good organizational and research skills. Candidates should be exceptional communicators and intuitively recognize patterns with a keen interest in providing purposeful and accurate insight into consumer behavior and competitors' strategies.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Engage with potential customers, identify their key pain points and create personalized growth journeys for every customer to help them purchase products to meet their career objectives
- Counsel leads on their personal growth prospects in the education industry
- Completing daily outbound call quota & talk time through allocated leads
- Upselling and cross-selling relevant products to enrolled students/customers
- Achieve monthly targets, and unlock fast growth opportunities within the department
- Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and gain referrals
- Use CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily
- Stay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the sales team to come up with new growth strategies
