Executive - Business Development - Education (1-5 yrs)
Experience: minimum 1 yr in EdTech sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) It's a purely B2B Sales profile. The schools/ sales and clients will have to be mapped by the person. The entire life cycle of an account is manager by a single sales person.
After acquiring the client the job requires to get the maximum share of business.
There are multiple contact points in all the clients and the most common touch points are Principals, Teachers, and HOD.
2) Physically meet the customer and give them a demo of the product.
3) Close sales deals with customer.
4) Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline.
5) Explain the tech product in detail. If needed, give them a product demo/training.
6) Manage pricing negotiations and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
Knowledge / Education Skills :
Experience :
- Should be a graduate
- Should preferable have exposure to Educational Sales industry.
- Should be a part of hardcore Business development team (field sales).
- Should understand the Business Dynamics.
- Good communication and presentation Skills.
- Hard negotiating skills.
- Good interpersonal relationship
Note: Sales Training - 1 month training in Hyderabad HO (Food, Accommodation & Travel will be arranged from company's end)
Travelling: Job would involve extensive travelling - Own Vehicle Mandatory
