What we're looking for in Business Development Executive at iDreamCareer
- We are looking for smart professionals who are passionate about engaging with students and parents and 'ethically' sell transformational career guidance products to them. All you need is a laptop, internet connection, telephone with good network coverage & a humble attitude to talk to students and parents. This role will require to work all 6 days in office from Tuesday to Sunday with Monday being a weekly off.
- At iDC, selling is just not a number. We are an unbiased career guidance company and we truly care for students. This is not going to be a typical sales role but a role where you will find job satisfaction as well!
Responsibilities of Business Development Executive at iDreamCareer
- Your primary responsibility is to manage conversations with Students and Parents through Inbound and Outbound processes and create awareness about iDreamCareer and its offerings.
- Complete the Allocated quota of Calls per Day and follow the proper lead life cycle (origin to closure).
- Lead management in the CRM and take appropriate actions for follow-up leading to closure as per the process defined.
- Identify the requirements of the customer and suggest the appropriate product relevant to their needs.
- Be a Team player, Coach, and leader at once. Be open to learning and sharing your knowledge.
- Achieve the Target Allocated Month-on-Month.
- Achieve the score for Call quality parameters consistently and keep improving them.
Skills :
- Excellent Communication Skills (English and Hindi)
- A strong presence on call and the ability to think in the moment.
- Have a consultative approach to sales. (listen and recommend)
- Ability to create urgency with subtlety.
- Ability to engage with students/parents in conversation around their career queries.
Qualifications :
- Minimum working experience of 1- 3 Years in the Ed-tech or consultative selling space.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience working with CRM tools like (SalesForce, Leadsquared, ZOHO, and others)
