Executive - Business Development - Education (1-2 yrs)
Skill Required : Telecaller/Counseling/Outbound Calling
Roles And Responsibility :
- Call potential learners and engage with them
- Post engagement , convert these learners into paid customers
- Respond quickly to assign leads
- Use and become an expert on the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Keep update with the product offering and process changes
- Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standard and set by the company
Input Metrics/Daily Targets :
- Deliver 5.5 hours of talk time and 5 hours of connected TT in a day
- Archive sales targets on a month on months basis
Requirements :
- Any graduates/Post graduates
- Proven experience of at least months of outbound calling. tellesales (Ed tech sector or as an education counselor)
- Proficient in English and Hindi / Negotiation
- Immediate joiner
- Have the own laptops and an active internet connection
Salary : INR 15,500 fixed
Incentive - Based on conversions
