Role: Career Development Executive / Business Development Executive
Location : Rabale, Navi Mumbai and Thane West
Industry: EdTech / E-Learning Provider
Experience : 0-4 Years ( Experience must have in Sales, Ed-Tech, Real Estate)
Responsibilities :
- End-to-end sales
- Generate a lead over a cold calling minimum of 80-100 connects with a talk time of 2hrs.
- Meeting the monthly targets / KRA'S.
- Converting the lead
- Creating the pipelines of prospects.
- Follow-ups
- Closing the lead
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (Fresher or Experienced in the EdTech sales industry)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM and Excel experience is preferred
Remuneration: Ranging from 15k to 35k (Fixed)+ Monthly Variables (Incentives)
Working days: Monday to Saturday Office Timings - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
