Executive - Business Development - Education (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Acquire and launch business operations in new markets and achieve sales targets
- Develop a strategy & plan launches across many locations
- Build the supply across locations to keep up with demand
- Build & scale the brand with local marketing strategies
- Resolve customer queries brought to your attention
- Oversee the counselor's voice process and tele-counseling sales process
- Identify and brief student needs to achieve satisfaction with our program
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Handle students and parents on call, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, and generate leads
- Review prospective student applications for college admission
- Research and verify the accuracy of application information
- Follow up with students to verify any application issues, including discrepancies or missing information
Requirements:
- Are available for the work-from-home job/internship
- Can start the work-from-home job/internship between 10th May'24 and 14th Jun'24
- Are available for 3 months
- Have relevant skills and interests

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 1100000 per year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of 100000 in revenue)
Note:
- This internship cum probation is for female candidates only and comes under a service bond of 3 months
- Laptop/PC with high-speed internet connectivity is mandatory for work-from-home
