Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at SRAM Learning Private Limited. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving the growth of our services. Candidates with prior experience in business development will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.

- Sales & Negotiation:

- Effectively pitch products/services, highlighting key features and benefits to meet client needs.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of services with clients to reach a win-win solution.

- Demonstrate active listening and persuasive communication to close deals effectively.

- Handle client objections and address concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships.

- Develop customized sales proposals based on the client's requirements and business goals.

- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and provide insights on growth strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments to align business development strategies with company goals.

Requirements:

- Experience: Previous experience in a business development role is preferred.

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.

- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

- Technical Setup: A laptop and reliable internet connection are mandatory for this role.
