Job Description :


1. Identify New Business Opportunities :


- Research and analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities. Prospect for new clients and leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and online research.


2. Client Relationship Management :


- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.


- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on the company's products or services and address any concerns or issues.


3. Sales and Revenue Growth :


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.


- Pitch products or services to potential clients and negotiate contracts or agreements to secure new business.


4. Market Research :


- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to adapt business strategies accordingly.


- Provide feedback to the company's leadership team on market changes and potential business expansion opportunities.


5. Proposal Development :


- Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.


- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to tailor proposals to client needs.


6. Networking :


- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's network and promote its products or services.


- Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers in the industry.


7. Reporting and Data Analysis :


- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.


- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


8. Collaboration :


- Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (sometimes not mandatory, depending on the company and industry).


- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.


- Analytical skills for market research and data analysis.


- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.


- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.


- Adaptability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.


- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
