We are hiring Business Development Executive for our esteemed client for Pune Location

Responsibilities
- Create and manage sales pipeline
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Ensure targets are hit
- Generate sales from India and foreign countries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; post-graduation in management preferred
- Around 3 years of work experience in sales
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
Preferred education/experience/skills
- Having dealt with HR, L&D buyers
- Good understanding of how training function works in engineering & manufacturing sector
- Understanding of organizational development (OD), learning & development (L&D) trends
- Reach to the HR, L&D functions in engineering & manufacturing domains; own network
- Education: engineering degree plus MBA/PGDBM would be ideal
- Understanding of subscription based business models
- Experience of establishing or working with sales channels external to the organization
Education
- Bachelor's degree; engineering degree preferred, post-graduation in management preferred
