Role and Responsibilities :

Lead Generation :

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers including students, writers, and other relevant audiences.

- Generate leads through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, social media platforms, and emails.

Customer Engagement :

- Initiate contact with inbound users via calls and emails to establish a connection.

- Conduct presentations and meetups to demonstrate the benefits of Desklib's products, highlighting how they can assist students and other users.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :

- Assist new clients in the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-informed about Desklib's offerings and know how to utilize them effectively.

- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

- Actively seek referrals and strive to maximize the number of referrals received.

Social Media Leads Gathering :

- Utilize social media platforms to gather leads and expand the customer base.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a background in dealing with international clients.

- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.

- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads through various channels.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms for lead generation.
