Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling online UG and PG degree programs to prospective students. The role involves end-to-end sales, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential students through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Counsel students and guide them in selecting the right online degree programs based on their career goals.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively to maximize conversions.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure timely enrollments and meet sales targets.
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or academic counseling, preferably in the edtech or education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into enrollments.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
