Executive - Business Development - eCommerce (2-4 yrs)
- Our client is a leading e-commerce consulting firm dedicated to help you unlock your full potential online in India and Global E-commerce platforms. The client helps small retailers as well as larger ones go online and join retail portals with an array of E-commerce Catalogue services like registration with eCommerce portals, listing, account management, Sales boost and franchise services.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. Onboarding sellers on various ecommerce platforms for online selling.
- Ascertaining customer's needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
- Managing the point-of-sale processes.
- Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
- Staying up to date on products, market and trends.
- Visiting the sellers and explaining the benefits of selling online
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 2 year experience ideally in Ecommerce within Internet and Retail industry.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience within Jaipur city would be a strong advantage.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
