Executive - Business Development - eCommerce (1-5 yrs)
his role will need to develop a healthy knowledge of the business offerings, and products and will involve:
Job Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Onboarding and managing sellers across all categories
- Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues
- Determine & help build the best tools to mine data, automate reporting, and present complicated data insights as intuitive stories to Founders.
- Understand business challenges and work proactively with senior management to discover data insights that enable efficient growth Operations:
- Listing Products on the Platform and making sure that the products are timely enabled/disabled as per the terms with the merchants to ensure compliances and smooth sales
- Leading Customer Support and helping the team to resolve customer queries by providing real time solutions
- Keeping a track of number of orders on daily/weekly/monthly/event specific/category-wise basis -Assisting in reconciliations and payments to merchants
- Working on Flash Sales where a products are curated for sale at a discounted.
