Executive - Business Development - eCommerce (1-4 yrs)
- Oversee the sales process to attract new customers.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with customers and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Make cold calls for new business leads/Tele-calling/Outbound Sales
- Following up with the client to make sales conversions
- Ability to deliver set Sales targets
- Education: Graduate, Undergraduate

- Making outbound calls to prospective clients, explain Project and generating appointments for the business development team
- Ability to develop & maintain a positive working relationship with client follow-ups
- Generate leads/prospects over the phone
- Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal-oriented
- Candidate should have good Communications & convincing skills
- Excellent conversational and customer service
