Our Client is hiring for Ecommerce Executive
The Job
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Preparing and maintaining records of product inventory
- Execute website updates including site content, product information & any ongoing sales
- Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistic pathways
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues
- Handling customer queries
- Assist team members with the creation of content for social media platforms
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Contribute to new processes that streamline e-commerce workflow
Ideal Candidate :
Skills :
- Proven experience as a Ecommerce Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Extremely organized, diligent, detail-oriented and motivated
- Eagerness to learn and expand into other departments when necessary
- Strong communication and analytical skill
- Cataloguing, Customer Service, Operations, English Proficiency, MS-Office and Soft skills, Logistics and Supply Chain
