Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive/Manager with a focus on Domestic IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client acquisition and relationship building within the IT industry.

The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to expand business opportunities.

- Create, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements to drive revenue growth.

- Demonstrate a proven track record in client acquisition, business development, and securing new business opportunities.

- Utilize various channels such as social media, networking events, and industry research to identify and qualify potential customers.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to account management, as an individual contributor.

- Proficiency in business development strategies.

- Exceptional client handling abilities.

- Strong aptitude for lead generation and sales achievement.

- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.

- Experience in international sales and demand generation.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

- Previous success in technology sales is highly desirable.

- Ability to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to account management.

- Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for business development purposes is a must.
