JD :
MBA/Graduate with Good Marketing skills,
- Experience in direct institutional sales and leadership ability to deal with Architects,
- Interior Designer, Builders and Corporates. 3+ yrs exp.
- Design and implement a Quarterly business plan that expands the company's partner base and ensure its a strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting partner relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Be fully aware of consumer demands/behavior change on the ground and Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Personally follow up partners for final conversions and hit targets
- Generate leads from the References and Promotional Activities.
- Analyze and study current market trends
- Translate the company sales strategies into daily, monthly and annual sales target
- Coordinate with Depot and Senior Management
- Advising customers about the product, process and delivery schedules, client servicing
- Innovative marketing ideas to be shared and implemented in assigned territory
- Deliver and introduce new methods of Collection and Sales
