Business Development Executive/Specialist (Digital Transformation/Data/IT Development)

Exp level - 4+ to 8 years

Job location - Coimbatore/Hyderabad

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive/Specialist with 4 to 8 years of experience in the IT services industry, focusing on Digital Transformation, Data, and IT Development project. This position will be based in either Coimbatore or Hyderabad, depending on the candidate's preference.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Digital Transformation, Data solutions, and IT development services.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.

- Understand client needs and requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.

- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for prospective clients.

- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote services and expand business reach.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven track record of 4 to 8 years in Business Development within the IT services sector, with a focus on Digital Transformation, Data solutions, and IT development.

- Strong understanding of Digital Transformation trends, IT development processes, and data analytics.

- Experience in selling IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, enterprise applications, etc.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

- Experience in the Coimbatore or Hyderabad IT market would be advantageous.

- Certification or training in Business Development or Sales Management.
