Executive - Business Development - Digital Solution (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking for a full-time Business Development Executive responsible for creating a strong pipeline of new leads and opportunities through research into the target market, running campaigns, driving social media interactions, and doing cold calls.
- You will be responsible for generating sales-qualified leads and advancing the sales process with customer meetings and follow-ups and assist in achieving the sales targets.
- You will manage the company CRM, keep the sales funnel updated, and grow through constant lead generation and nurturing.
- We prefer candidates who have a proven ability to not just create and nurture leads but ability to qualify opportunities and create a strong positioning of our organization through their communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

As a Digital Solution Sales Specialist, you will be required to :
1. Create sales leads by researching and identifying potential accounts.
2. Develop and grow sales funnel with qualified sales opportunities through cold calls, conversations through videoconferencing, emails and social media channels.
3. Coordinate with our technology and platform partners to drive joint marketing activities, source leads, and identify opportunities.
4. Create SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) for Digital Sales Team to qualify and close.
5. Keep the CRM always updated with leads, accounts, opportunities, and next steps. Keep the sales database organized with relevant parameters essential for segmenting and targeting the target list.
6. Ensure follow-ups with leads by supplying required information and identifying the next actions. Collaborate with appropriate team members in the company for information or calls with prospects.
7. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
8. Develop, implement, and manage targeted campaigns to generate and nurture leads across multiple channels
9. Research and connect with key target audience using social media and collaboration tools such as LinkedIn, FB, Twitter etc.
10. Attend and participate in events, team meetings, brainstorming and training sessions.
Essentials :
1. 2-3 years of direct work experience in a business development, sales, inside sales or tele-sales capacity with a software solutions company. Prior experience of selling IT solutions to Banks, Insurance and Financial Services will be a big plus , especially big ticket clients
2. Excellent verbal and written skills in English is a must
3. Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Journalism & Mass Communication or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
4. Excellent verbal and written skills in English is a must. Ability to write an engaging point of view mailers, documents, social posts, other sales collateral.
5. A consultative, solution-selling approach to sales. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. Sound knowledge of using modern CRM platforms such as Zoho and Social Networking platforms such as Linkedin.
6. Experience in executing lead generation campaigns and/or working for a B2B organization or agency
7. Proactive with a strong passion for digital and exceptional time management skills and passion for sales
