Reports To: Manager, Sales
Compensation: CTC INR 4.8L - 8.0L pa

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and offering tailored digital marketing solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our client base while collaborating with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met with precision and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Execution:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to promote digital marketing services including PPC, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Achieve revenue targets by identifying and pursuing potential business leads, scheduling meetings, and closing sales.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and monitor competition.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and inbound leads.
- Engage potential clients by understanding their business needs, presenting customized solutions, and demonstrating how our digital marketing services can provide measurable results.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary contact for client communication, ensuring smooth project execution and addressing any client concerns.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop client proposals and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the Director, Sales & Operations, and the broader team to achieve team-wide sales goals.
- Oversee the transition of new clients to the account management team for ongoing support.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing updates to management on business performance.
- Monitor and analyze the success of digital marketing efforts, using insights to refine business development strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years in sales, with at least 1 year in digital marketing or related services.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales and the ability to close deals, meet targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing concepts.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build trust with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to propose customized digital marketing solutions based on client needs.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing tools to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player with a collaborative approach to achieving business goals.
