We are hiring for the role of Business Development Executive focusing on Digital Marketing services Sales
- Should have knowledge of website designing/ development & experienced in SEO Sales/ App Sales/ Web sales
- Have great proposal writing, presentation & pitching skills.
- Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate & close sales
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Should have strong B2B selling and influencing skills, with the ability to give a good sales pitch.
- Robust Sales Drive and resilience with good interpersonal communication skills through Telephonic or Face to face conversations
- Previous experience with Institutional sales or Software industry will be added advantage
- Should possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Candidates with experience in the same field will be paid excellent salaries / incentives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for generating & identifying new leads, sales, marketing & promotion of Product and Services.
- Generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Accomplishing all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding Weekly & Monthly sales goals
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets by identifying to accomplish new customers.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers
- Maintaining and updating the pipeline of all sales Leads & lead generation database.
- Able to create informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to prospective clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and can demonstrate the ability to showcase our product offerings in an exciting way.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business Administration.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role with a strong focus on direct sales for a digital marketing or software product company.
- Track record of achieving targets for enablement, opportunity generation and revenue.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of the workings of systems integrator and consulting ecosystem. Past relationships and network is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to interact with technical and business counterparts both within and outside the company.
- Experience with - Data or Application Integration- will be preferred and knowledge / experience in the field of Big Data and/or Analytics will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel around 50-60%.
- Team player with positive attitude.
