Executive - Business Development - Digital Marketing Services (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Role Definition Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating revenues for Capsicum Mediaworks by sourcing Contacts and converting them into Clients.
- The candidate needs to have industry contacts and be able to open and pursue new opportunities for revenue generation and meet targets.

Tasks & Activities Data Sourcing and Management :
- Developing leads for business and revenue growth for the agency as well as negotiating contracts with potential new inbound clients.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives and sourcing new business leads.
- Attending conferences and industry events.
- Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Google search, Industry relevant portals and from offline networks of the decision maker in key organization and brands.
- Develop qualified leads pipeline for new business & Full reporting of qualified pipeline to management on a regular basis.
- Maintaining the database as per organization requirement.
Sales Meetings :
- Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client and their needs.
- Having effective sales meetings in order to :
- Understand the digital requirements of the client and Position Capsicum Mediaworks as a preferable value driven organization to work with.
- Generate new requirements for Website Development, Design, SEO & Social Media Marketing from the clients.
Sales Proposals :
- Create impactful pitch presentations based on the client requirements.
- Co-ordinate with the internal teams to generate proposals and develop pitches for prospective clients.
Sales Conversion :
- Negotiate win-win deals
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle to onboard the client.
Client Co-ordination :
- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client and keep the internal teams updated.
- Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to onboarding.
