Executive - Business Development - Digital Engineering Firm (2-5 yrs)
Our Client is a Digital Engineering Company that partners with businesses to help them succeed in their journey of Digital Transformation journey. They provide end-to-end product development to thrive on changing business dynamics by leveraging the power of digital technologies such as Web, Mobility, Cloud, and Analytics, etc.
Job Location : Hyderabad
Experience : Minimum 2 Years
Qualification : Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred.
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL SALES.
Job Description :
Key responsibilities :
1. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities coordinating business generation activities,developing customized targeted sales strategies.
2. Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
3. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
4. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
5. Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
6. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Sales force,CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
7. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
8. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
9. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Competencies and Skills Required :
1. Must possess strong customer service skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication.
3. Must have good negotiation skills.
4. Must be able to create good presentations and excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) experience preferred.
