Business Development Executive

Office Timings : 6 pm to 3 am IST (Mon-Fri)

The candidate is required to be :

- Graduate, preferably MBA

- Fluent in written and spoken (preferable neutral accent) American English

Experience: 0 to 5 years

Job Location : Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Near Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad.

Salary: Fixed + variable commission

Fixed CTC: Based on current candidate CTC

Variable: % of sales generated (based on company policy)

Commutation : The candidate is required to manage own transportation to and from office.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. The primary focus is to plan, manage and develop a comprehensive strategy that maximizes. Company opportunities by providing engineering services to clients across the United States

2. Gain domain knowledge of the engineering industry and actively engage with prospective clients and build a business relationship.

3. Generate leads of prospective clients and pitch company services.

4. Being the point of contact for the client during project execution and coordinating with company engineering team.

5. Prepare weekly and monthly sales report for the management team.

6. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets (as assigned)
