Executive - Business Development - Cyber Security (3-8 yrs)
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree business/marketing/or technical sciences or a related field with a minimum of 3-7+ years of experience in information security, delivering security programs and providing security services, or a Master's degree in comparable field with 1 to 3 years of comparable experience
- Business development in consultancy or managed services
- Experience of managing budgets and delivering margin
- Delivery of results in challenging, client-facing environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Developing relationships with external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of key drivers of change within your relevant industry segment
- Ability to deal at all levels engaging stakeholders at board and executive level
- Demonstrate tenacity
- Solution shaping - the ability to understand customer needs and shape a solution
- Deal Making - the ability to develop a suitable commercial offering that satisfies the customer requirement whilst being acceptable to Thales

Preferred Qualifications :
- Experienced in the development of value propositions, proposals and bids
- Able to develop, coach and mentor colleagues and team members
- Cyber Security Experience
- Experience in one or more of the following markets; BFSI, Telecom, IT/ITES
- Strong Academic Qualifications - Post Graduate desirable
