- Responsible for pleasantly handling the walk-in and appointment-based customers to the Experience Centre, by explaining each aspect of the product using live demo sessions.

- Reviewing and monitoring processes to ensure exemplary overall customer experience in the monthly Customer Experience Audit.

- Monitoring the condition of the Experience Centre and ensuring that the Experience Centre is always presentable and well maintained with the help of the housekeeping staff. Store health and Hygiene is of utmost priority for us. Running and monitoring processes for liquidation of products on basis of sales schemes.

- Running and monitoring processes for Data Collection, follow-ups & backtracking the influencers (Architects / Designers / Kitchen Manufacturers / Interior Contractors etc.) of each customer leads.

- Effectively convene live cooking demo sessions / events / activations on appointment basis for Influencers & customers by coordinating with the Chef / Vendors. Must be willing to attend culinary based courses.

- Effectively & proactively informing the Internal Service Team / External Vendors and coordinating with them for revamp/renovation/installation issues within the Experience Centre

WORK EXPERIENCE: 0-4 years of work - experience in managing one or more:

- Electronics Retail / Luxury Segment Stores for Cosmetics or Apparels / Home dcor or Kitchen Store / any Experience Centers / High-end Automobile Showrooms / Immersive Experiences of Augmented Reality etc.

- Female candidate with great business etiquette and high level of ownership. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Should have decent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (and Google Spreadsheet) / Word / Power-point. Skilled in working on projects with multiple stakeholders & keen on learning with company assigned courses. - Excellent Interpersonal & Soft Skills and dressed in well maintained business formals.

- EDUCATION: UG: B.Arch./B. E/B. Tech/BBA/B. Com/ B.Sc. Interior Design; PG: Post Graduation is desirable
