Executive - Business Development - Cosmetics (3-10 yrs)

- Drive growth and expand the business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and implementing strategies to increase sales and market presence.

- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends in the cosmetic industry. Stay updated on competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings.

- Lead Generation : Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms. Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and build long-term partnerships.

- Sales and Revenue Generation : Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the cosmetic industry.

- New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as partnerships, collaborations, or distributorship agreements, to expand the company's reach and market share.


- Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients. Highlight the unique selling points, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company's cosmetic products.

- Market Expansion : Develop strategies and tactics to enter new markets, both domestically and internationally. Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate market potential, and execute market entry plans.

- Relationship Building with Key Stakeholders : Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the cosmetic industry, including retailers, distributors, suppliers, and industry associations. Collaborate with them to drive business growth and explore partnership opportunities. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless process from lead generation to product delivery. Provide insights and feedback from the market to support product development and marketing initiatives.

- Sales Reporting and Analysis : Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to management. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for continuous growth.
