- Preferred to work with professional companies and have knowledge of the salon industry.
- Good relations with the salon in the area worked.

Monthly business expectations turnover should be 4-5 lacs.
- Handling at least 2-3 distributors.
- Good knowledge of the excel and good command in handling the distributors.
- Managing ROI of the distributors, market outstanding, claims handling.
- Maximum coverage of all salons in the area.
- Good repo with all salons and market.
- Planning & organizing education seminars in the area, training in salons.
- Monthly coverage of 300-400 salons as per the beat plan.
- Identifying new opportunities in the market.
