- Seedeer India is looking for a business development professional with the responsibility to build and grow our B2B Gifting category.
- Achieve revenue by acquiring, engaging and retaining of consumers across categories.
- Set goals for cross-functional projects and liaise with marketing and sourcing teams to execute business development, customer acquisition, retention, and sales strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research and determine - gaps and opportunities for the business.
- Plan and implement long-term business development strategies for product categories.
- Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities.
Key Requirements :
- Exposure to marketing, business development and revenue management in Ecommerce/ Gifting industry
- Experience of growing or scaling businesses
- Understating of customer acquisition and retention
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work and set targets in a cross functional environment
- Solid negotiation skills
