Executive - Business Development - Consulting Firm (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generating leads efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing clients
- Excellent communication in English & Interaction skill.
- Identifying areas for expansion and development
- Experience of cold calling across different platforms
- Protectively prospects for new opportunities
- Responsible for Achieving the pre-determined sales target.
- Developing a targeted long-term new business strategy
- Create monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance.
- Delivering against these targets to ensure revenue expectations are met
- Working closely with the HR department to develop Client base.
- Maximizing networking opportunities and develop a further network of contacts
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have Business Development Experience (preferably from Recruitment Industry)
- Must have experience in handling Non-IT Clients.
- Strong networking & negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- English communication is a must.
- Should have basic knowledge for email campaigns.
- Candidate needs to be internet savvy with strong research capabilities
- Must be able to adapt quickly to new initiatives and changing scenarios/priorities
