Executive - Business Development - consulting firm (1-3 yrs)
Overview:-
Our client is a boutique consulting firm specializing in Agile Digital Transformation Solutions in Digital CX, Cloud Contact Centers, and Service Desk, providing clients with increased revenue, CSAT, agent efficiency, and reduced interaction costs and risks through integrated solutions involving SaaS, Low Code, AI, and Automation, Personalization, and Self-Service deployments.
Job Qualifications:-
- 1-3 years experience in Inside Sales/Business Development with US clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- The position is part of our India Sales team.
Primary Responsibilities
- This is a fulltime remote role for a Sales Business Development professional.
- The Sales Business Development Executive will be responsible for day-to-day activities including lead generation, customer service, market research, and communicating with clients to facilitate Digital Transformation Solutions
- The incumbent should be persuasive and able to effectively hunt for leads through Cold Calling (60%), emailing (20%), and LinkedIn (20%) while handling objections to deliver qualified leads to the Sales Leader.
- The Target Market is the USA & Canada. Shift timings are 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST (5 days a week). The USA leave calendar will be followed.
