Executive - Business Development - Consulting Firm (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Building business relationships with potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Creating and maintaining a list/database/Sales Pipeline of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, Google Sheets etc.) of prospective client information
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Qualifications and Experience :
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA/PGDM/BMS Marketing
- 0 (Fresher) to 2 years of experience in Business Development (Enterprise Sales/B2B Sales/Corporate Sales Only)
Nice to have :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
- Have worked in a Startup Environment
