Executive - Business Development - Construction Materials/Builder Segment (3-5 yrs)
Drive sustainable Financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong Relationship with clients of their region in the Builder Homes vertical through-
1. Identification of new avenues for Business Development
2. Identify sales leads
3. Pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts,
4. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients, receive feedbacks on the performance and provide the same back to NPD.
5. Ensures sales funnel is sufficient to achieve the Sales Goals and forecast based on the adequacy of the same.
6. Identify ways to improve sales funnel, by interacting the prospective clients.
7. Price negotiation and act as one point contact for the customer for the solutions
8. Solely responsible for implementation of the marketing activities of the region among the influencers
