Executive - Business Development - Construction Business (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet individual and team sales goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats in the construction industry.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to effectively promote and sell construction products or services.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, track sales performance metrics, and generate regular sales reports for management review.
Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales collateral, and marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to after-sales service.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales management within the construction industry, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to sales and client relationship management.
