Executive - Business Development/Client Acquisition - Manpower Services (3-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- The purpose of this role is to generate new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue for the company. Maximize sales by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts.
- This position shall be responsible for leading and developing a strong and success-driven sales team/network across the respective regions.
- Strategically plan the overall management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives.
- Mapping & Head-hunting exercise for adding - Niche/ CXO level roles.
- Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower needs.
- Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business.
- Responsible for business development; includes planning and building short & long-term, Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams.
- Identifying & generating new leads in the Domestic Market
- Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients
- Developing a prospective client database of qualified leads through referrals, market study & competitive analysis
- Business planning & forecasting for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities
- Strong connections in the Market and Generate revenue by successfully initiating contact with potential customers, leveraging relationships, formulating and implementing his/her personal sales strategy.
- Leverage his/her existing relations with clients to generate new business.
- Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage
- Direct and work with the delivery & operation team towards successful execution of assignments.
Skillsets Required :
- Hunter Instinct : Identify and generate leads with Corporates for Business to meet targets and achieve the Company's objectives
- Proven experience in dealing with C-level executives in the companies.
- Innovative and strong desire to excel
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
- Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment.
