Executive - Business Development - Client Acquisition & Lead Management - IT (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing leads, and formulating strategies to expand our market presence. Your role will involve lead generation, vendor policy management, and market analysis to identify opportunities and build strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire potential clients to drive business growth.
- Generate, manage, and nurture leads to ensure conversions.
- Develop and execute business strategies to enhance revenue and market reach.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage vendor policies to ensure smooth business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and market insights to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Primary Skills: Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, Lead Management, Vendor Policies, Strategy Planning, Market Analysis.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in handling B2B and B2C business development.
- Prior experience in IT solutions, consultancy, or technology services is a plus.
