Our client is hiring for Business Development Executive
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
- Managing vendor relationships and deliverables.
- Preparing project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from IT management and project sponsors.
- To Acquire a new set of customers in the assigned for Chit Fund Product
- To meet traders/merchants/wholesalers and retail shops and businesses for acquiring and onboarding them for Chits.
- To onboard 100 Customers every month in the assigned area for Chit Fund product
- Responsible to Customer retention month on month.
- To keep engaging the Customers/Merchants on the Platform to cross sell other products.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Analyst / Project Manager role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry industry.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
