Executive - Business Development - Building Material (3-5 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :
- The resource will be responsible for awareness building of Everest Boards & Panels Category amongst the Influencer Community. Pilot ways of working with architects, interior designers, consulting, and contracting firms and scale up.
- Accelerate demand generation by applying key account strategy with influencers to achieve referral and repeat business, maximizing profits. (KPI - Driving Specification to sales order)
- Execution of integrated marketing programs in the realm of B2B for influencers. (loyalty, contests, campaigns etc)
- Customer Service Delivery. Liaise with technical Support to augment the architect/ influencer organization (Site Audit, Tech Help, Training Support, Sectional Drawing -AutoCAD, FAQ build up for architect, quotation, and proposals for clients.)
- CRM input and data analysis for own allocated base. (Stage 1 to Stage 4 tracking) Stage 1 - Introduction and CRM input, Stage 2 - Specification, Stage 3- Mock Up, Stage 4 Sales closure)
- Representation at Expos, industry events and public forums to drive brand visibility and leads.
- Responding to RFP's, tenders, and create demand in new sales territories.
Business Development Executive's Requirements :
- BE, BArch, BSc with post graduate degree in business, marketing, or construction management
- Educational Background of construction management, architecture or civil engineering will be given preference.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field of 3-4 years.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
