Executive - Business Development - BPO (4-5 yrs)
Job Description :
Must be flexible and willing to work in US Time Zone.
Must have experience in sales/Marketing in USA & US customers (B2C, B2B & Outsourcing)
- We are seeking a dynamic experienced individual to complement and enhance the Marketing Team. The selected individual must have premier sales, social media marketing, process and customer service skills, the ability to multitask and be a problem solver all while continuing an above and beyond attitude. Must be able to work during US business hours.
- Lead Generation to potential clients through cold calling, social media outreach, account-based sales, and content marketing to a target audience comprising of CFOs, CEOs, and mid-senior management prospects (Biggest Responsibility)
- Target audience is based in USA and Canada primarily in medical transportation, finance, real estate, logistics and retail verticals for BPO and Outsourcing
- Research and develop prospect list using LinkedIn and industry databases
- Complete Request for Information(RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Build relevant sales and marketing content including case studies, web-content, sales documents etc.
- Build inroads to industry associations and industry intermediaries
- Coordinate with third-party sales support services such as inside sales executives
- Miscellaneous Pre-Sales and Sales related activities
- Follow up and close leads from the large potential customer database and sell services accordingly to the need for the potential customer
- Ability to overcome objections and rejection with ease
- Responsible for selling services to small. Medium and large companies
- An excellent communicator who's able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them with new product offerings or changing existing offers.
- Creating Monthly sales plans/targets to generate revenue and then executing accordingly once approved by management.
- Manage, streamline and automate customer on-boarding process from Recruiting to Operational delivery/support.
- End-to-end ownership.
- Track Client Retention and Analyze Retention Trends.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Deliver communications to potential clients via Mail chimp and email marketing.
- Use various channels to engage in dialogue, receive feedback, and address concerns
- Setting up growth strategies in terms of audience acquisition.
- Plan and coordinate relevant events focused on our industry.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Qualification in any Degree
- 4+ years of Sales and business development experience for international BPO, Outsourcing, sales in B2C and B2B space
- 2+ years- experience for international sales
- BPO, ITeS, Outsourcing sales experience is an added advantage
