#Business Development Executive

EPC Background

We are hiring for an EPC Company with a turnover of 100 crores.

Location : CBD Belapur

Minimum Qualification : Graduate + MBA (Prefer). Candidate with EPC Background preferred working with large projects

Minimum Experience : At least 3-6 years- experience required

Job summary : The primary function of this position shall be developing business, attending meetings, project approvals, tracking of upcoming projects, follow-up with clients

Key Responsibilities :

1 Visit to Utility (U) / Consultant (C)/ PMC (P)/Architect (A) and Understanding of Business / Project (P) Availability from them. Tracking upcoming projects of clients.

2 Preparation of budgets. Project approval & feasibility of study.

3 Attending client/consultant meetings for business development

4 DPR preparation & study. Competitor monitoring and data collection. Complete Due Diligence of P/U/C/P/A

5 Tender correspondence. Project Handing over documentation.

6 Identification of the Business as per LPT area of interest.

7 To provide inputs as per site visit and survey to Estimation Team and seniors for competitive quoting

8 To check and modify Techno Commercial (QR/Tech Specs/ Payment Terms/BG time/) as per LPT's requirement.

9 To check for competitors analysis and prior quoting patterns from Utility for previous projects.

10 To Check for Healthy Estimates during DPR stage.

11 To attend Pre- Bid Meeting with Estimation Team get the modification done with client as required.
