Role : Business Development Executive

Location : Visakhapatnam/Chennai
Notice period : Immediate - Max 15 days
JD:
1) 2-8 Years of sales exeperience in selling BPO/IT Services to companies in the US and Canada
2)Proven abilit to set up conference calls and present to desicion-makers
3) Must be a true hunter with excellent prospecting,presentation and pipeline-building skills
4) Demonstrable track record of meeting sales quota and acquiring new logos
5) Ability to provide sales training and coaching to BDEs and lead by example
6) Must be a proactive team player who will do what needs to be done with minimum supervision
7) Conduct disciplined and intelligent research into prospect companies to find high-value prospects
8) Proactively learn and implement prospecting techniques as per sales methodolgy
9) Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
10) Experience in setting up conference calls/face-to-face meetings with decision -makers in the US and Canada
11) Only BDEs with relevant prospecting skills and experince will be considered.
Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field with 2-8 years of experience in Saas/It/BPO Sales would be an added bonus.
Market Exposure : Business to Business (B2B) Exposure in US & Canada Region
Core Experience : B2B Sales - Lead Generation, Lead Mining, Email Campaigning, Cold Calling, Introductory Pitches, Client Management
Tools Used : LinkedIn Sales Navigator-, Zoominfo-, Seamless-, Hubspot, Discover Org, Apollo.io, Lusha, Zoho CRM
Communication : Great; Trained/Exp. in Cold Calling, Client Interaction & Handling
Shift Timings : 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM, Mon-Fri (US-Shift)
