- Familiarising with all products and services offered by our company.
- To do Cold calling/outbound calling to clients.
- To convince the client and onboard them by giving a proper presentation & demo.
- To maintain and update databases on CRM on a daily basis.
- Responsible for end-to-end follow-up with clients.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
