Executive - Business Development - BPO (0-3 yrs)
As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and making an impact with some of the biggest names in the industry.
What You'll Do :
- Generate new business opportunities through in-person meetings, lead follow-ups, and networking
- Attend events and exhibitions to expand Entelect's presence
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth areas
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships for long-term success
What We're Looking For :
- Proven experience in new business development with strong lead generation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Experience in sales or client acquisition, preferably within BPO or customer service solutions
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed business targets
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities
