Executive - Business Development - Bidding & Lead Generation - IT (2-3 yrs)

Job Overview:
- The Business Development Executive (Bidder and Lead Generation) is responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, and securing new projects through bidding platforms and LinkedIn.
- This role requires a proactive approach in understanding market trends, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation :
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels such as online research, social -media, networking events, and industry publications.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Bidding :
- Prepare and submit proposals on various online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
- Understand client requirements and tailor proposals to meet their needs.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, bidding activities, and sales performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving business development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any.
- Proven experience of 2+ Years in lead generation, bidding, and business development.
- Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred qualification:
- Should have 2+ year of experience in the same profile
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
