Executive - Business Development - Bid Management (3-5 yrs)
Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or MBA (Marketing)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Preference should be given to the candidates from Civil/Architectural/PMC/Infrastructure consultancy/Government Advisory Services industry back ground.
- Tender Executive/Managers who could Track Tenders/RFPs for new leads/design competitions.
- Searching Tenders from Govt. e-procurement portals or other portals like Tender Tigers,
- Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank & world Bank etc. for EPC, PMC, Consultancy & DPR Preparation.
- Identifying JV partner associates/consortium partners form JVs for technically strong and financially competitive proposals, roles and responsibilities.
- Finding information about new tenders floated for large infrastructure consultancy & DPR projects for Building & Road Sector, urban mass transit (Airports, Railways and Metros),
- Land Port, Sea Port, Commercial Institutional, Industrial and Private sector clients.
- Tender preparation for Domestic & International works as per techno-commercial scope of work given in tenders, attending Pre-bid meeting.
- Co-ordination with JVs/Consortiums/association partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/partners till bid submission,
- Tendering experience for international works specially for Airport, Railways, Highway & the infrastructure work will be given special weightage.
